The safety and welfare of our guests is of utmost importance to us. With this in mind, we have conducted a vigorous vaccination drive for all our employees and are happy to share that the staff at our properties is completely vaccinated with both doses of the vaccination.
In collaboration with our safety and hygiene partner Diversey and our wellness consultants, we are adhering to specified sanitising and disinfecting protocols as advised by Indian MoHFW for disinfection of hotels with particular focus on high-touch items, surfaces and fixtures. We have increased the frequency and intensity of cleaning public spaces to assure a safe and clean environment.

We are heedful of the situation and continue to follow the lead of the public health authorities. Rest assured, our hotels are committed to your physical wellbeing as well as peace of mind. In light of the same, we have updated our reservation and cancellation policies to provide greater flexibility during these unprecedented times.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For reservations made through travel agencies or any other channel, we request you to contact the respective agency/ online portal, if further assistance is required.
Free cancellation for cancellation up to 30 days to the arrival, 50% cancellation for cancellation within 30 days to the arrival, 100% cancellation for cancellation within 21 days to the arrival.
Please note, any cancellation received due to the government restriction during the pandemic, we would be pleased to offer an extension on your stay.
